Our Story
SIPPY started in 2024, we’d just found out we were expecting our first baby, and between the excitement (and slight panic), an idea started brewing.
As two baristas with a love for good coffee and the ability to talk under water, we wanted to create something that felt like us, warm, welcoming, and a little bit cheeky.
So we built SIPPY: a family-run coffee bar that’s all about quality brews and quality banter.
What started as a small kiosk and a big dream quickly became something much bigger than coffee.
Built by a husband and wife duo with a love for hospitality, good conversation, and creating a space people genuinely enjoy being in.
SIPPY was made to feel like your local from day one. We’re all about quality coffee, fresh food, familiar faces, and the kind of banter that keeps people hanging around long after their drinks are finished.
From busy morning rushes to slow afternoon chats, our little kiosk is built on community, personality, and making people feel at home.
